FAQ - about the shoot
Where do the photoshooting session usually takes place? Can we request for shoots in oversea destinations?
Since Quarter A is based in the heart of Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur, most our shoots take place in every corners of Malaysia. With regard to destination wedding shoots, you name it and we’ll try to get there. Just be sure to drop us an enquiry for our rates and further discussions.
*Costs of flight tickets and accommodation are to be borne by clients.
Do you provide only 'black and white' photos?
'Black and white' is certainly our favourite style! We, however, believe that not all images are born to one. We usually keep a balance of black and white vs colour photos to present a complete set of photos.
What if we’re awkward individuals/couple and feel uncomfortable in front of the camera?
Fret not, we totally understand the feeling of being in front of the lens and we’ll be there to help you. Just feel at ease and be comfortable in your own skin. Each individual has different ways to communicate and every connection shared between a couple is unique. Alongside with documenting your bonding time, we’ll definitely have a fun-filled session.
i do have certain shooting preferences/inspirations ready in my mind, are you able to recreate it for me?
Though we often come across awe-inspiring weddings, we highly suggest you to explore your own style too. Each and every individual channels different personality and feeling. After all, we do want you to enjoy the shooting session in most comfortable way possible.
Do you do group photo sessions?
Certainly. group photos are part of the documentation too. As time can be limited, we will try to keep them short and sweet.
FAQ - about bookings
How do I confirm my booking?
Upon agreement to the quote, we will require 50% upfront deposit to confirm on a booking.
We will send you a confirmation email with an official receipt upon clearance & verification of the 50% deposit payment.
Can I mix and match the package?
Certainly, do let our team know your preference and we'll be happy to customize it for you.
Can I add/remove/customize certain item from the package deliverable?
Yes, this can be done and any additional costs/savings will be reflected in our quote to you, just let our team know in advance.
What if my photography hours exceed the contracted package hours?
This is common and bound to happen. For any extra hours, we'll charge overtime surcharge based on hours incurred.
Fret not, our photography team will be updating/pre-empting you prior to charging.
Can I cancel/postpone my session?
If you've already secured a session with deposit, it is legally non-refundable.
Should there be unfavourable event that you'll need to postpone your session, we'll be glad to accomodate as long as the schedule allows.
